"Legal Issues for Idaho Professional Engineers" Seminar will be presented by Geoff McConnell of Meuleman Mollerup LLP in association with Half Moon LLC. The seminar is a practical one-day program about (1) Complying with Idaho rules and regulations on the practice of engineering, (2) Avoiding the unauthorized practice of professional engineering, and (3) Understanding contract issues and intellectual property issues, and (4) Understanding procedures for investigation and disciplinary actions.
