Jon Bauer is a business and real estate lawyer with extensive experience representing businesses on real estate matters, negotiating and drafting contracts, business acquisitions and sales, financing issues, business entity formation, real estate and equipment leases, and business succession planning.
 
Mr. Bauer received his Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N.
