• Prepare and negotiate corporate agreements including shareholders and operating agreements, asset and stock purchase agreements, and employment contracts

REAL ESTATE LAW / LITIGATION

• Prepare and negotiate purchase agreements, restrictive covenants, easements, commercial leases, and development agreements
• Represent clients in title defect claims
• Real property issues such as premises liability and land use laws
• Represent clients in all aspects of real property litigation
