Baldner
is a real estate development lawyer with extensive experience drafting and
negotiating purchase and sale transactions, leases, tax deferred exchanges,
restrictive covenants and easements.
Before election as partner with Meuleman Mollerup, he was employed by
Albertson’s, Inc. for eight years holding various positions including Director
of Real Estate and Project Development in which he was responsible for real estate
