Three years as an associate at an international law firm in Boston with a focus on complex business transactions and general business counseling.  Responsibilities included drafting and negotiating documents for acquisitions and sales of businesses on behalf of private equity companies, and advising businesses on general legal matters.  

Four years experience owning/managing small businesses

One year as a marketing analyst assisting clients with creating marketing strategies to increase business
